Our lab operates without DI water, so we currently clean our parts using IPA and an N2 heat gun. This process is performed at the die level, which means we’ll need to redesign the Teflon carrier for our specific parts. The existing cleaning process involves manual steps performed by our technicians (NMP clean, followed by IPA and N2 drying).
